Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is a major strong oxidant produced by neutrophils and exhibits broad spectrum antimicrobial activity against bacteria, virus, and fungi. Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is naturally produced in the body to regulate infections and inflammation, making it highly safe.Hypochlorous acid may be referred to by other names such as Superoxidized Water (SOW) and ElectrolyzedWater (EW).

 Hypochlorous acid has been approved by the US FDA as a high-level disinfectant, suitable for use on critical medical instruments. Additionally, it has received approval from the EnvironmentalProtection Agency (EPA) as a food-contact sanitizer and can be used on equipment in food production processes. Hypochlorous acid is considered as safe as water and can be ingested without adverse effects.

Direction of use:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Wound cleansing/lavage using sterile NSS or MicrocynAH Skin Care Spray.
3. Apply MicrocynAH Skin Care Spray onto the lesion area.
4. Leave for at least 30 seconds(or 10 minutes if biofilm is present).
5. Apply wound dressing material as required.
6. Apply MicrocynAH Skin Care Spray 3-4 times/day

(or as recommended by veterinarians).
