Refund policy

At VetSynova New Zealand, we take the quality of our pet food products seriously. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

Return:

• You have  14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange.
• To initiate a return for damaged or incorrect items, please provide a photo and a description of the issue along with your order number
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, along with the original packaging and receipt

Refunds:

• Refunds will only be issued for damaged or incorrect items. Once we receive your claim, we will assess the situation and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [X days, e.g., 5-10 business days].
