Just not too sure about this one. The cat seems to like it. But it’s made no noticeable difference to her health either way and we are at least 40 sachets in.
The yeast in the ingredients list is not something I think should be in a cat’s diet at any rate. So will likely not repurchase.

Regarding the yeast in the ingredient list, please note that we do not use standard yeast, but yeast derivatives (YANG®). YANG® is a new generation nutritional ingredient made from selected yeasts, designed to support natural immunity and help maintain a healthy intestinal microflora.
As for lysine, some cats may take longer to show noticeable improvements, and healthy cats may not show obvious changes but it can still be given as a safe daily treat. VFCore Lysine is made with 100% human-grade tuna and salmon, low in sodium, and safe for long-term use.
